About Project
The project concerns the acquisition of a regional leader in the field of solvents recycling (TargetCo) by a European leader of waste management.
TargetCo operates in the treatment and recycling of solvents and of other industrial wastes. On the basis of the know-how developed in the waste solvents treatment, TargetCo has developed the production and distribution of specialty chemicals and intermediate products for the pharmaceutical industry.
The outcome.
The positive performance of API producers drives the good performance of TargetCo in the recent years.
In the regeneration of waste solvent, the company has a limited competition.
The transport of waste solvents that need specific permits are perceived as a high value added services by TargetCo’s clients.
